John Hoffer
John’s network and knowledge base is extremely comprehensive. He has worked across all merchandising roles at Target, led the
Seventh Generation Target sales team and now, focuses on categories in the
Health & Wellness space at Target.
During his 15 years in the retail landscape, John spent time in Beauty, OTC Healthcare, Household Essentials, Grocery, and Toys and Sporting Goods.
He specializes in launching brands at Target.
Steve Guild
A long-term buyer at Target and Best Buy, Steve understands the retail experience on a deep level.
While at Best Buy, Steve served as the Director of Global Merchandising, helping to launch Best Buy China and Best Buy Mexico.

During her tenure at Target, Emily worked across every merchandising pyramid: apparel, home, beauty, household essentials, and grocery.

After extensive experience in inventory management and demand planning with
Best Buy, Sandra joined the manufacturing representative side as an account manager working with national brands in hardlines.
Through a dedicated work ethic, Sandra supports vendors and retail partners grow and succeed in a changing retail environment.

Annie’s merchandising career has equipped her with deep knowledge of Target’s systems.
Resourceful and organized, Annie has experience partnering with large national vendors, including Apple, Beats and Amazon.
An account manager at FGM, she oversees multiple categories, including personal care, household cleaning and electronics.
Mike McKiernan
During his 23-year merchandising career at Target, Mike led merchandising and cross functional teams to deliver
strong results and marketshare gains.
An expert in understanding and driving exceptional financial results, Mike is
motivated and persistent.
His unique ability to interact with both CEOs and entry level team members has enabled him to work well with large brands and start-ups.
Angie Lee
Angie harnesses and interprets the power of data. Understanding that data plays a critical role in buyers’ decisions, she adds a key piece of operational support to every interaction.
Angie has worked for Target, Gap, and Maurices in beauty, household, commodities, and
softline categories.
Along with her SAP reporting expertise, she brings a strong business acumen and solution-oriented thinking to the team.
