Founder & CEO, Sales

Through the relationships he built during his tenure at Target and his reputation, Alex has assembled some of the best retail minds in the business.  


He built his business — and his team — on three core values: knowledge, service, and integrity. Since 2013, Alex has positioned FGM for exponential growth with Target and Best Buy.

John Hoffer

John’s network and knowledge base is extremely comprehensive. He has worked across all merchandising roles at Target, led the
Seventh Generation Target sales team and now, focuses on categories in the
Health & Wellness space at Target.

During his 15 years in the retail landscape, John spent time in Beauty, OTC Healthcare, Household Essentials, Grocery, and Toys and Sporting Goods.

He specializes in launching brands at Target.

Molly Augustine
Strategy & Operations

Molly has over 10 years in merchandising experience at Target Corporation, ranging from Kitchen & Tabletop to Cosmetics.


During her time at Target, she was able to build an extensive and well-trusted network across several pyramids.


Molly has the unique ability to dive into the details, as well as drive high level strategy. Her experience also gives her the ability to see the business through a buyer’s lens, a skill critical for helping brands place and grow business at Target. 


Emily Holton
Strategy & Operations

Emily’s comprehensive merchandising experience at Target gives her the ability to think and see through the lens of a buyer.


During her tenure at Target, Emily worked across every merchandising pyramid: apparel, home, beauty, household essentials, and grocery.


Today, her collaborative and dedicated work ethic guides manufacturers as they think about growing and evolving their business within Target.

Over the last 15 years, she has had extensive experience working for and supporting Target through multiple business and category development roles.  Her collaborative approach and strong initiative ensure her strategies deliver results.


Chrissy's attention to detail, analytical abilities, and awareness of the marketplace make her a key resource for buyers and brands.

Annie Adelmann
Account Management

Annie’s merchandising career has equipped her with deep knowledge of Target’s systems.


Resourceful and organized, Annie has experience partnering with large national vendors, including Apple, Beats and Amazon.


An account manager at FGM, she oversees multiple categories, including personal care, household cleaning and electronics. 


Angie Lee
Data & Analytics

Angie harnesses and interprets the power of data. Understanding that data plays a critical role in buyers’ decisions, she adds a key piece of operational support to every interaction. 


Angie has worked for Target, Gap, and Maurices in beauty, household, commodities, and
softline categories.


Along with her SAP reporting expertise, she brings a strong business acumen and solution-oriented thinking to the team.
